As something of an experiment, we’re trying a questionnaire to solicit your views on aspects of Havant. If you’d like to take part, please complete the following form and press the ‘Submit’ button immediately below it.
We ask for your house number and postcode simply to ensure that each form we receive is uniquely identified. Where we receive multiple entries for the same address, if you’re on our records as ‘household’ members, we’ll treat each entry individually.
Your entries will not be identifiable in the final survey results, and all data entered will be deleted following the AGM.
