We’ve spent three years waiting for the official Regeneration Programme to happen, and like most things around here, the town just seems to have got on with the job itself. We suspect that Peter Galloway might have had something to do with oiling the wheels that finally made this possible since no one at Havant Borough Council has owned up to it!
