We share HBC’s objectives and aspirations for the regeneration of Havant and welcome the adoption of an interventionist approach for delivery. We are, however, mindful of the risk that gaps in Programme Governance will expose and look forward to direct representation at the External Stakeholder level.
Together, we can mitigate the risk and bring the community forward with us.
