An excellent show put on by Havant Borough Council in collaboration with the Port Solent Car Meet on Easter bank holiday Monday in the town centre. Plenty of lovingly-polished metal on show for kids of all ages, and an Easter egg hunt with 150 chocolate eggs just waiting to be found.

Well done and thank you to Wayne, Siobhan and the team for making such effective use of the West Street pedestrian precinct. Big thanks also to the shops that supported the event by putting up the council’s posters. Next time, let’s have a bit more enthusiasm and support on show from the retailers, after all, this is bringing in footfall.
